A series of paintings/writings/sculptures around ideas of space/inside/outside/folding/enfolding, on/within the surface, whorls/marks/fingerprints/motifs. Thinking about the earth, the speed of change slow in the history of the planet and yet quickly in the history of humans. Tessellations, of gushing water, of folding time – space collapsing and compressing; expanding and extending; mythologies to explain geological processes, and the pulse and rhythm of the earth being disrupted enough to rise up and ROAR.
